> Terms of Sale  
  1. Suitable selection of tiles is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  2. Ownership of goods not passed until payment is made and cleared.
  3. This price list supersedes all others and will be subject to price change without notice.
  4. Returns/Credits.
    1. Tiles returned must be in a saleable condition.
    2. Only full unopened boxes of currently stocked shades will be accepted.
    3. Return of goods will not be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice.
    4. No returns on sale items, discontinued lines, goods out of stock or custom made to order tiles.
    5. Invoice number is to be quoted on goods returned for credit.
    6. A handling charge of 25% will apply to all returned goods.
  5. No claims shall be allowed in respect of variation in shade and if goods are found to be of a defective nature after tiles are fixed. No tile is guaranteed against crazing.
  6. To avoid damage by foreign materials during installation we recommend the use of suitable protective measures after fixing the product.
  7. No responsibility is accepted for quantities estimated by the company.
  8. All goods sold are subject to their normal and natural colour variations and samples given or in showroom are to be considered indicative only.
  9. No responsibility will be accepted by the company for damage which occurs from the use of cleaning products in cleaning ceramic tiles.
  10. Where goods are delivered to a building site or any other point specified by the buyer, the goods are at the risk of the buyer from the time of leaving our store, while in transit and upon delivery and whether or not any receipt for delivery is given.
  11. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check all goods on receipt.
